why can´t we be friends?
why is it that we insist on having friends from the opposite sex? its quite clear that in some point of the relationship, you´ll stare at your companion and say WOW!. maybe when looking for consolation or support; perhaps that one time you were so drunk you couldn´t remember his name. one day you´ll gaze at your best friend and say: im in looooveee!

OHHHHH I TOTALLY COMPLETELLY FULLY AGREE!!!!
In my humble opinion you are never going to have the same relationship with a girl than with your best friend. Any relationship with the opposite sex implies at least the remote possibility of "something happen". Perhaps is something not even conscious, but try getting drunk seeing the stars with your best-opposite-sex friend one night just the two of you and then you tell me.
This is just because men and women are not to be friends so the thin line that separates friendship with something else is easily confusable!
It's scientifically probed (I read about it today!) that men confuses friendship with sexual interest more often than women.
So we can tell the one who posted this is a guy XD
I actually have lots of female friends many of whom I want to have sex with but I don't see why that should affect the relationship. Actually, I believe the best frienships between men and women are when the man has already confessed his desires and the woman has turned him down. Then you can both move on and enjoy being 'just friends'. You can still fantasize after all!
