To be cool or to be a loser?
We live in a society that judges what’s cool to do and what’s not so cool. Teenagers behave differently from how they truly are in order to fit in. They start drinking and smoking at an age when they should be playing with their friends. I find it unbelievable to see twelve year-olds getting drunk and acting as if they were older. What’s really sad is that they act like that just because they want to be liked by the others and they think that if they express what they really think they are going to be called losers and are going to be outcasts. For example, when someone says they are not willing to have premarital sex people start saying he’s either a liar or way too stupid. But, why do people have to act according to what the majority does? I firmly believe that everyone should have their own beliefs and act according to what their heart dictates, not according to what a bunch of people think what should be done.

I think whoever posted this is totally right. I bias this opinion because much too young kids are entering the teenage years and experiencing things they should be experiencing when they are older.
Everyone should think of what they REALLY want to do, not what everyone else is doing, because that might just be wrong. People who follow the trends and do wahtever is ¨cool¨are the ones who usually end up hurt.
If you asked me, I would end up this silly hypocrisy. Although it may not be your individual case and preferences, you should not ban teenager's occurrences only because you would not have done it.
First of all, it's pure phalanx to state that the cause of those behaviors is our lack of conscience about how old we are. Furthermore, it's even worse to establish their consequences at such an extremism as cool or looser. Can't we just enjoy drinking and smoking? Can't we enjoy it most if we're sharing our time with friends?
Lastly, let sex be.
(By the way, nobody wrote their name, I'm Ezequiel)
Ultimately, cool people are unlikely to be mainstream, follow the herd kind of people, usually they are just more attractive more confident versions of the 'losers' so I don't agree that society as a homogenous group dictates what is cool.Unfortunately, experimentation, whether it be sexual or with drugs is inevitably connected with the adventurous risk taking fun loving people we all yearn to be. generally, the cool people experiment successfully and the losers 'lose it'. That's life I'm afraid and for some it sucks!!
